To obtain the algorithms that you need to make precise predictions, there are a number of technology firms in the United States and China who have specialized in the field of artificial intelligence or machine learning. We believe it would be a good idea to create deep dive strategic partnerships.
We talk of security by design – we consider the topic right at the start of development. And we believe in electronics architecture firewalls and separate control units to prevent a hacker from getting at the Vertical Provenance UAS.
Market Assessment of the UAS UAV Industry
Scarcity of quality UAS UAV logistical support products and services that can be expeditiously deployed are a current fact of life in both government / security and the commercial space.
In the United States there is a vast area between Florida and California that is prime for a UAS geo-frequency digital fence. Residential, commercial and agricultural use UAS UAV products and services on an annual basis are not precisely known but estimated to be vast.
Though available resources have been “claimed” through appropriation and adjudication, the untapped UAS UAV IP product and services flowing uncaptured or properly managed throughout the country indicates that current market potential is far more than is currently being capitalized on.
In theory, the country’s needs are amply provided for. In practice this is not so for several reasons:
1.) There has been no comprehensive concerted effort between government (state, local and Federal) to manage UAS / UAV logistics, products and services.
2.) The United States Government for political considerations is slow to respond to and address potential safety and security issues surrounding un-managed or mis-managed UAS UAV industry.
3.) Regardless of availability of funding border states do not have the adequate tech / logistic solutions readily in place. We run the risk of focusing on response mechanisms, rather than deterring threats to UAS UAV based safety and security issues.
In effect, the country is gambling that even though individual states are ready to act, a sympathetic judge may ignore the fact that bad actors are capitalizing on the UAS / UAV industry being at effect rather than at cause.
The immediate concern is to create a functional matrix in response to a stew of overlapping issues from import of products at customs, to the lack of available services and regulations that contribute to safety and security surrounding the industry.
Beyond future construction of a geo-frequency UAS/UAV highway, municipalities and states are trying to address issues surrounding the UAS / UAV industry. The scarcity of tech / logistical solutions that can be expeditiously deployed are at the core of safety and security issues that are facing the industry going forward.
From a historical perspective the UAS / UAV industry is only eight years old and there are claims, conflicts and disputes over who has the rights to certain IP property, products and services. Any IP user who desires a determination of IP rights must look to the courts for adjudication which can be costly.
